How to stop receiving AAdvantage Citibank Credit Card offer? Thanks.
I have already opted out a year ago via writing to optoutprescreen.com. But this Credit Card seems I’m complaining is using info from my American Airline AAdvantage Account. So I think optoutprescreen.com is not working in this case.

So I want to cancel my Macy’s Credit Card, CitiBank card and a tiffany’s card. They all have a balance of 0.00. Will my credit be affected in a negative way if I close down these credit cards?

Do you get an e-mail right after you submit it online?

It has been around 2 weeks and I still have not heard back, no e-mail no nothing. When I check the status they said that my application is not in the system yet.

Let’s say a customer owes $4,000 on his citibank credit card. What happens to that if Citibank goes under? Will another bank step in, buy the debts and make the customer pay them? I’m just curious because so many people owe on their credit cards. I know the debt won’t be forgotten, but who inherits the right to collect?
