In this situation can I sue for unethical business practices?
Besides WAMU (now Chase) because Chase is removing this feature. Chase is actually removing many features. They wont even send me email alerts anymore because that is not a feature of Chase.
CHASE really SUCKS..lol
Anyway, any help would be great! I loved always having immediate access to my FICO score but am having problems finding another credit card that offers this service.

Are there any online credit cards that offer 0% APR on purchases & balance Xfers without a balance Xfer fee?
Is it possible to transfer my home equity loan balance ( $10,000 at 8.25%APR) thru my bank to a credit card with a lower APR ( say a Balance Transfer Card at 1.9 % APR for 18 months). My Bank says NO….not without a cash transfer. Why not? I have excellent credit and this would save me from paying interest for a year and a half. By then, almost all of the $10,000 would be paid too ( I put in about $700 a month). Any advice?
The company will want to sue in its own state (South Dakota) because the Statute of Limitations on CC debt there is six years, where in my state (Texas) it is four years. So what is the legal precedent here? If this CC company sued me, would it take place in SD or Texas?
Note: I never signed a credit card application, less yet any document that specifies the location of a potential suit.
Ok so I am super excited I was approved for this card. I applied online, and I was accepted. I was in so much shock because I have no credit, and other credit cards always denied my applications. anyway when I was accepted they gave me a number to call to verify everything on the application. i spoke to a live rep and he told me the terms and conditions and i will have my card by friday. it all seemed to good to be true, i hope it isn’t. They gave me a $250 credit limit. And when i get the card I have to call to activate it and I can start using it and building some credit. So is this a good credit card to help establish good credit? Also they didnt ask if I had a job. Like how do they know if I would make steady payments?

I printed out my application signed it and sent it in! I live in northern california and i sent my application to faro ND and i sent it on July 1st why is it taking so long? How long will it take to get my card or a letter if i was denied?
